A look at the relationship between bullying and sexual harassment and how social-emotional learning programs can help reduce bullying and prevent sexual harassment in school.  While we have a better understanding today of bullying in early adolescents and its long term effects, and we also see evidence of how bullying employs and possibly even provokes sexual harassment, current methods haven’t been effective at reducing or preventing bullying behaviors.  In this author’s study, changing how the students manage emotions and behaviors shows great promise.
