Parents of victim of deadly domestic violence unveil new facet of their mission

Having been murdered by a gunshot would by her then boyfriend, Breanna Moore was a victim of teen dating violence. With the introduction of Bree's Law and a new poster, Bree's surviving family is hoping to provide education and information on what to do if a loved one falls victim to teen dating violence.

Victims of domestic violence often don't know their rights and how to protect themselves against their perpetrators.  It is critical that first respondents and law enforcement be educated and trained to best protect victims to help guide them through every step of the system.
